Participation.

1. Participation is subject to Dynomedia’s prior approval and the participants continued compliance with the terms and conditions.
2. Dynomedia reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time in its sole discretion.
3. The free website offer is subject to termination at any time

A - Contents

1. We will only place contents that are provided by the user.
2. Contents can not be of adult nature, must not be offensive towards any race, religion, culture, disability, sexual or gender orientation or offensive in general towards any group of people.
3. Contents must comply to all state and federal laws, and must also comply to any international protocol applicable to Australia or Australian businesses.
4. Contents must be the intellectual property of the user, or appropriate permissions must be obtained prior to submitting the contents, or proper references must be sighted in accordance with the copy right laws.
5. Contents must not compromise privacy of anyone or any organisation.
6. The participant agrees not to include any content for which the participant does not have sufficient rights and agrees to comply with the third-party license (if any) and restrictions applicable to each item of content you post, copy, access, or use.
7. Dynomedia reserves the right to include within the participants website applicable Dynomedia copyright and trademark notices for websiteforfree.com.au and links to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and other Guidelines. All notices and links will be displayed consistently in such form and placement as determined by Dynomedia .
8. The participant also agrees not to upload, post, email, or otherwise make available any website, content that:
   • Advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including without limitation items the sale of which is prohibited or regulated by applicable law
   • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment

B – Domain

1. The domain will be registered on behalf of the user and with consent of the user.
2. If at the end of the free trial period the participant does not wish to purchase the website but wishes to keep the domain name, the domain name may be purchased from Dynomedia on its own.
3. If the participant wishes to use their existing domain names they must provide log in details to Dynomedia with a written consent allowing Dynomedia full access and permission to transfer the domain name to Dynomedia's servers. If at the end of the free trial period the participant does not wish to purchase the website, Dynomedia will transfer the domain name to wherever advised by the participant.
4. Domain names are subject to availability.

C – Service

1. The free service is subject to expiry of the offer.
2. Services are provided with limited warranty, and is subject to infrastructure or resource disruption. In an unforeseen event of service disruption, Dynomedia is not liable for business loss or lost revenue.
3. The free service is provided for the duration of 3 months, beyond which our services may cease, or an alternate content be displayed on the domain as per the discretion of Dynomedia.

D- Miscellaneous

1. The participant is solely responsible for the Property(ies), including all content and materials, maintenance and operation and adherence to the terms of this agreement.
2. Any violation of the terms or actions we deem to be detrimental to the majority of legitimate users could result in immediate termination of the participants account and deletion of all files.
3. The participant is responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes in a timely manner with a valid payment method. The participant authorizes websiteforfree.com.au to charge the participants credit card, charge card, debit card, or financial institution account (herein "Payment Method") for all charges to the participants accounts with websiteforfree.com.au. The participant will be charged the current fee for the service the participant choose on the date that the participant agreed to purchase the website.
4. The participant is responsible for implementing and maintaining all support for thei website, for example, visitors queries. To enable a great experience for all users on websiteforfree.com.au , the participant must ensure each website created or managed does not unduly degrade the performance of websiteforfree.com.au. If the participant website(s) exceeds the quotas and limitations set by websiteforfree.com.au (e.g., storage or bandwidth) or otherwise degrade performance of websiteforfree.com.au or other services in any way, we may suspend and/or terminate the participant website(s) at our sole discretion.
