• Q - What exactly do you mean by free?
  A -We will purchase the domain name, pay for the hosting service and design the website and setup the website without of any charge or any obligation for the first 90 days, after which you will have the choice to pay the relevant fees and keep using the the website(s) and services or shake hands and move on.
  
   
• Q - What is your fees?
  A - Please refer to our fees structure.
  
  
• Q - What happens if I don't not continue past 3 months?
  A - That is perfectly fine. There is no obligation to stay with us. And in that case the website will be shut and the domain parked.
  
  
• Q - How do I update my website?
  A - You can update contents of your website online, or you can send us a fax, or bring your contents to our office. For paid customers the log in and password will be proveded and our usual services will also continue along side.
  
  
• Q - Can I change the design if I don't like it?
  A - Only paid customers are able to change the website design and fees apply.
  
  
• Q - How long will you provide the after sale service for?
  A - So long as someone is our customer, we will look after the service, and we are available to talk to you by phone, email and in person.
  
  
• Q - I know very little about setting up a website and what is involved, how can you help?
  A - Our services are setup so that anyone from any background can be benefited. If unsure about any thing please ring us or visit us at our office.
  
  
•  Q - Can I have a custom design?
  A - Sure, we make websites tailored to suit the requirements. However, custom designs are outside of the 'Free Website' offer and designs will cost according to the work involved.
  

• Q – Do you offer photoraphy, graphic design and video production as part of the trail?
  A – We are currently offering free 90day trials for webdesign, webhosting, emails and domain names only. However, we are more than happy to use media/multimedia prodvided by you as long as of acceptable quality and in compliance with the law. You can also take advantage of our other services that includes various multimedia and photography packages that are offered independant of the free website offer.
